Salem Media Group, Inc. is a multi-media company specializing in Christian and conservative content, with media properties consisting of radio broadcasting, digital media, and publishing. The Company operates through three segments: Broadcast, Digital Media and Publishing. The Company's Broadcast segment is engaged in the business of radio broadcasting, which includes the ownership and operation of radio stations in metropolitan markets. It creates and distributes programming content though its radio stations and its networks, including its national and local on-air hosts. The Company's Digital Media segment provides Christian, conservative, investing content, e-commerce, audio and video streaming, and other resources digitally through the Web. The Company's Publishing segment operates a distribution network targeting audiences in Christian and family-themed content as well as conservative news and opinion. It owns and/or operates approximately 101 radio stations.
