NB Global Floating Rate Income Fund (NBLS) is a large British investment company targeting senior secured loans in large European and US companies. Founded in 2011, it is a closed-ended fixed income mutual fund launched and managed by Neuberger Berman Europe Limited. The company mainly invests in fixed income markets worldwide. Its primary interest is in non-investment grade securities that are rated below the four highest categories by at least two independent credit rating agencies. The NB GLOBAL share price is listed on the London Stock Exchange and included in the FTSE 250 Index. Presently, the fund’s Chairman is Rupert Dorey.
