    Live Ventures Incorporated is a holding company for diversified businesses. The Company is operating through three segments: retail, flooring manufacturing and steel manufacturing. Its Retail segment includes Vintage Stock, Inc., which is engaged in the retail sale of new and used movies, music, collectibles, comics, books, games, game systems and components; and ApplianceSmart, Inc., which is engaged in the sale of new appliances through a retail store.
