The Company's Automotive Parts Group operates in the United States, Canada, Mexico, France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Poland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Australia, and New Zealand. Its Industrial Parts Group operated in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, and Singapore.
