The investment seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to three times the inverse (-3x) of the daily performance of the Dow Jones Industrial Average® Index. The fund invests in financial instruments that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should produce daily returns consistent with the fund's investment objective. This ETF offers 3x daily short leverage to the Dow Jones Industrial Average. Investors should note that SDOW’s leverage resets on a daily basis, which results in compounding of returns when held for multiple periods.
