It owns and operates approximately 138 Pollo Tropical restaurants, all of which are located in Florida. It franchises its Pollo Tropical restaurants primarily in international markets and had approximately 24 franchised Pollo Tropical restaurants outside the contiguous United States. In addition, it has five domestic non-traditional Pollo Tropical licensed locations on college campuses in Florida and locations at a hospital and a sports and entertainment stadium in Florida.
