The Company’s services include freight invoice rating, payment processing, auditing, and the generation of accounting and transportation information. It also processes and pays facility-related invoices, which include electricity and gas as well as waste and telecommunications expenses, and is a provider of telecom expense management solutions. It operates through two segments: Information Services and Banking Services. The Information Services segment provides transportation, energy, telecommunication, and environmental invoice processing and payment services to corporations. The Banking Services segment provides banking services primarily to privately held businesses and faith-based ministries, including on-line generosity services, as well as supporting the banking needs of the Information Services segment.

BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, Cass Information Systems revenues increased 5% to $155.2M. Net income increased 14% to $28.6M. Revenues reflect Information Services segment increase of 7% to $129.8M. Net income benefited from Other SGA decrease of 98% to $23K (expense), Provision for (release of) credit losses decrease from $810K (expense) to $130K (income).
