The AT operates several brands that deliver software and hardware technologies, such as Vicon Industries, which provides end-to-end video security solutions to corporate, industrial and governmental security; SmartDesk is focused on reinventing the workspace through developing fully integrated workplace solutions; Cemtrex XR (CXR) delivers virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) solutions; Virtual Driver Interactive (VDI) provides driver training simulation solution for all ages and skills; Bravo Strong is a gaming and content studio working to building games for the metaverse, and good tech provides mobile, Web, and enterprise software application development services for startups to large enterprises. It IS segment offers services for rigging, millwrighting, plant maintenance, equipment erection, relocation, and disassembly.
Financial summary
BRIEF: For the three months ended 31 December 2021, Cemtrex Inc revenues increased 21% to $10.7M. Net loss increased from $1.7M to $4.5M. Revenues reflect Advanced Technologies segment increase of 20% to $5.6M, Industrial Services segment increase of 21% to $5.1M. Higher net loss reflects Advanced Technologies segment loss increase from $1.8M to $3.9M. Basic Earnings per Share excluding Extraordinary Items decreased from -$0.09 to -$0.19.
