BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, alstria office REIT-AG revenues increased 3% to EUR222.6M. Net income increased 24% to EUR209.7M. Revenues reflect Revenues increase of 4% to EUR183.7M, Revenues from service charge income increase of 1% to EUR38.9M.
