BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, XP Power Ltd. revenues increased 3% to £240.3M. Net income decreased 28% to £22.6M. Revenues reflect an increase in demand for the Company's products and services due to favorable market conditions. Net income was offset by Administrative increase from £5M to £14M (expense). Dividend per share totaled to £0.94. Basic Earnings per Share excluding Extraordinary Items decreased from £1.63 to £1.16.
