Warby Parker Inc. is a direct-to-consumer eyewear brand, which offers optical and sun wear glasses for men and women. The Company designs products, and develops technologies that help people see, from prescription glasses and contacts, to eye exams and vision tests available online and in more than 145 retail stores across the United States and Canada. Its sunglasses are equipped with scratch-resistant lenses that block 100% of ultraviolet A (UVA) and ultraviolet B (UVB rays). The Company also distributes a pair to someone in need through their Buy a Pair, Give a Pair program.

BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, Warby Parker Inc revenues increased 37% to $540.8M. Net loss applicable to common stockholders increased from $55.9M to $157.4M. Revenues reflect Eyewear Products segment increase of 37% to $523M, Services and Other segment increase of 50% to $17.8M. Higher net loss reflects Selling, general, and administrative increase of 17% to $261.9M (expense), Advertising Expense increase of 49% to $87M (expense).
