Herald Investment Trust PLC (HRI) is a large British closed-end investment fund established in 1994. It targets investments in public equity markets all around the world, focusing on holdings of quoted telecommunications, multimedia, and technology companies with market capitalisations lower than £750 million. The fund is managed by Herald Investment Management. The HRI share price has been listed on the London Stock Exchange since 1994. It is also included in the FTSE 250 Index. Presently, the fund’s chairman is Julian Cazalet.
