The Company's investments include majority or strategic stakes in Malaysia Smelting Corporation Berhad, a tin producer; ARA Asset Management Limited and Far East Hospitality Holdings, as well as a diversified property portfolio that is wholly-owned by the Company. The Resources segment includes smelting of tin concentrates and tin bearing materials, the production of various grades of refined tin metal, and the sale and delivery of refined tin metal and by-products. The Real Estate segment comprises property investment, sales and leasing, property development, as well as property and real estate fund management. The Hospitality segment includes hotel ownership and hotel management under Far East Hospitality Holdings Pte. Ltd.

BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, Straits Trading Co Ltd revenues increased 66% to SP$638M. Net income increased from SP$51.5M to SP$234.3M.
