BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, Quilter PLC revenues increased 35% to £4.69B. Net income before extraordinary items increased 77% to £23M. Revenues reflect Investment return increase of 40% to £4B, Fee income and other income from service increase of 14% to £666M. Net income benefited from Other operating and administrative expen decrease of 2% to £636M (expense), Profit on sale of subsidiary increase from £0K to £2M (income).
