It operates through numerous subsidiaries in the United States, Canada, Japan, Norway, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain and Switzerland, among others. The Company has such subsidiaries as SPSI, a provider of multi-carrier parcel shipping solutions and Temando, Australian technology company providing intelligent fulfillment platform for e-commerce and logistics industries.

BRIEF: For the six months ended 31 July 2021, Quadient SA revenues increased 4% to EUR503.8M. Net income applicable to common stockholders increased from EUR16.9M to EUR40.5M. Revenues reflect Innovaton segment increase from EUR100K to EUR24.7M, North America segment increase of 5% to EUR250.4M, France segment increase of 8% to EUR94.1M, North America segment increase of 5% to EUR250.4M, France segment increase of 8% to EUR94.1M.
