Its Software Resilience division protects the development, supply and use of business-critical technology and software applications. Its escrow contract services secure the long-term availability of business-critical software data and applications. Financial summary
BRIEF: For the six months ended 30 November 2021, NCC Group PLC revenues increased 11% to £150.1M. Net income decreased 23% to £5.8M. Revenues reflect Software resilience segment increase of 45% to £26.9M, Assurance segment increase of 5% to £123.2M, North America segment increase of 21% to £56.3M, UK and APAC segment increase of 5% to £67.2M, Europe segment increase of 6% to £26.6M. Dividend per share remained flat at £0.02.
