Navitas Semiconductor Corporation is engaged in designing, developing and marketing gallium nitride (GaN) power integrated circuits (ICs) used in power conversion and charging. Power supplies incorporating its products are used in a range of electronics products including mobile phones, consumer electronics, data centers, solar inverters and electric vehicles. Navitas offers a portfolio of GaN power IC chips that optimize power delivery and reduce carbon footprint. Its GaN ICs are developed for high frequency, soft-switching applications and designed to unlock the material advantages of GaN while also integrating sensing, protection and reliability functions. Its chips feature monolithic integration of field-effect transistor (FET), drive and logic, high-performance powertrain building block that enables designers to create the power converters. The Company operates in the United States, Ireland, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan and the Philippines, and Ireland.
