The investment seeks to track the investment results of the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Developed ex-U.S. Index composed of real estate equities in developed non-U.S. markets. IFGL may be appropriate for investors looking to compliment their American real estate holdings with similar exposure abroad but it is unlikely to function as a one stop shop for some due to its exclusion of American assets.
