Security holders are advised that the latest verified B-BBEE certificate, which confirms that the Group retains its Level 1 contributor status in the 2027 financial year, is available on the Group’s website at: https://www.momentumgroupltd.co.za/about-us/diversity-and-inclusion.

Security holders are further advised that the submission of the Annual Compliance Report in terms of section 13G(2) of the B-BBEE Amendment Act, No 46 of 2013, to the B-BBEE Commission is in process, and that security holders will be informed when the report is available on the Group’s website.
