France's TP cuts 2026 sales growth outlook on weakness in trust and safety business

By Reuters News

- French outsourcing firm TP TEPRF.PA cut its full-year revenue growth outlook on Thursday after weakness in its trust and safety business more than offset growth in its AI-powered and back-office services.

TP, formerly Teleperformance, has been shifting toward AI-powered, back-office and outcome-based services as the outsourcing industry adapts to the growing use of automation and artificial intelligence in customer support.

  • The firm now expects 2026 like-for-like revenue to decline by 1.5%-2.5%, compared with its previous outlook range of 0% to 2% growth

  • TP kept its full-year recurring earnings before interest, taxes and amortisation (EBITA) growth and net free-cash-flow targets of 14.6% and €800 million to €850 million, respectively

  • The firm said it will update its 2028 financial targets in the first half of 2027

  • Third-quarter like-for-like revenue fell 1.2% to €2.53 billion ($2.85 billion) from a year earlier
