FM Mattsson AB: Change in number of shares and votes in FM Mattsson AB

According to the articles of association of FM Mattsson AB (publ), owners of Class A shares have the right to have such shares converted to Class B shares. Conversion reduces the total number of votes in the Company. 

During October 2026, following a request from a shareholder, a conversion of 69,500 Class A shares to Class B shares has been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office.

As of 31 October 2026, the total number of registered shares in FM Mattsson AB (publ) amounts to 42,310,431, of which 5,999,500 are Class A shares and 36,310,931 are Class B shares. The total number of votes amounts to 96,305,931.
