By Oslo Stock Exchange

DOF Group ASA ("DOF") is pleased to announce one new long-term contract extension with Petrobras in Brazil. Following successful negotiation with Petrobras, the PLSV Skandi Olinda has secured an extension to her current long-term contract, ensuring continued operations.

The vessel is owned by a joint venture between DOF (50%) and TechnipFMC (50%).

Under the contract amendment, Skandi Olinda has been awarded a 304-day extension.

The long-term contract, previously scheduled to terminate in April 2027, has now been extended through January 2028. Skandi Olinda joins Skandi Buzios and Skandi Recife that had their contracts extended, with reference to a stock exchange notice published by DOF on 31 July 2026
