** HUM enters joint venture with BLK to manage 150 of its CenterWell primary care clinics - SEC filing

** BLK to acquire private equity firm Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe's roughly $2.8 bln stake in HUM's CenterWell clinic venture

** Transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026

** HUM reaffirms FY2026 adjusted EPS outlook of at least $9 - SEC filing

** As of last close, HUM and BLK up 69.3% and 1.2% YTD, respectively
