Amdocs (DOX) Shareholder Investigation Following T-Mobile Dispute and Stock Decline – Kehoe Law Firm, P.C.
PHILADELPHIA, Nov. 04, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kehoe Law Firm, P.C. is investigating potential securities claims on behalf of investors of Amdocs Limited ("Amdocs" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: DOX) following the Company’s November 3, 2026 disclosures concerning a contractual dispute with T-Mobile and its fiscal 2027 financial outlook.
On November 3, 2026, Amdocs announced its fourth-quarter and full-year fiscal 2026 results and disclosed that it and T-Mobile had exchanged notices alleging material breaches of their software and services agreements. Both parties threatened termination and/or monetary or other relief, including arbitration.
Amdocs also projected that fiscal 2027 reported revenue would decline 14.3% to 17.9% year over year and non-GAAP diluted earnings per share would decline 26% to 30%. The Company stated that its outlook reflected the T-Mobile dispute, reduced discretionary spending by T-Mobile, and completion of the USCellular customer integration project.
Following the November 3 disclosures, Amdocs shares traded down at least 29% during intraday trading on November 4, 2026.
