The Company's services are provided to insurance companies, third party administrators (TPAs), governmental entities, and self-administered employers to assist them in managing the medical costs and monitoring the care associated with healthcare claims. Its network solutions services include automated medical fee auditing, preferred provider management and reimbursement services, retrospective utilization review, clearinghouse services, independent medical examinations and inpatient medical bill review and many others. Its patient management services include claims management and all services sold to claims management customers, case management, 24/7 nurse triage, utilization management, vocational rehabilitation and life care planning.

BRIEF: For the nine months ended 31 December 2021, CorVel Corporation revenues increased 17% to $474.9M. Net income increased 48% to $46.8M. Revenues reflect Patient management Services segment increase of 15% to $312.8M, Network Solution Services segment increase of 20% to $162M. Basic Earnings per Share excluding Extraordinary Items increased from $1.76 to $2.62.
