WISA Group Plc (“WISA”) has on November 3, 2026, received a notification under Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act, according to which BlackRock, Inc.'s indirect holding of WISA’s shares and voting rights on November 2, 2026, exceeded the threshold of 5 per cent. According to the notification, BlackRock, Inc.’s indirect shareholding in WISA is 5.48 per cent of WISA’s shares and voting rights.
Reason for notification: “First-time notification following the partial demerger of UPM-Kymmene Corporation and listing of WISA Group Plc.”
