Top shareholder offers to take Singapore's Zheneng Jinjiang private at $782 million valuation
Sept 29 (Reuters) - Major Chinese-state backed electricity supplier Zhejiang Group on Tuesday offered to privatise Singapore-listed Zheneng Jinjiang Environment ZHEN.SI at a valuation of S$1.00 billion ($782.17 million).
The cash consideration of S$0.70 per share represents a 29.6% premium to Zheneng's last close on September 24.
