Nordex says Democrat governor wins could aid U.S. renewables projects

Nov 5 (Reuters) - German onshore wind turbine maker Nordex NDXG.DE said on Thursday that Democratic governor wins in U.S. state elections could provide some support for local renewable energy projects, though it does not expect an immediate impact from the midterm results.

"You have a lot of Democratic governors winning state governorships, and local support always helps, so there might be a push from that side," CFO Ilya Hartmann said.
