KeyBank (NYSE:KEY) announced today that Drue Anderson has joined the company to lead Retail Banking. Anderson will guide the next stage of growth for KeyBank's retail business, with a focus on disciplined execution, client experience and the bank's long-term strategic commitments. He succeeds Kevin Sloan who is retiring from Key at the end of the year.

"Drue has a proven track record of scaling retail banking operations, growing market share and delivering strong business results," said Victor Alexander, Head of Consumer Banking at KeyBank. "His deep industry experience, firsthand branch perspective and commitment to clients, teammates and communities make him ideal to help lead our Retail Banking business forward."

Earlier in his career, Anderson held leadership roles at Citibank, including regional director, sales manager and financial advisor in the company's wealth management business. In those roles, he helped deliver double-digit year-over-year balance and revenue growth multiple times.

A native of Central Illinois, Anderson lives with his family in Zionsville, Indiana. He will be based at KeyBank's Indianapolis office and will work with Sloan through the end of 2026 to support a smooth leadership transition.

"Kevin's leadership has strengthened our Retail Banking business and helped position it for continued growth," said Alexander. "We are grateful for his many contributions to our clients, teammates and communities, and wish Kevin and his family the very best."
