Kazakhstan resumes proceedings for $5.2 billion fine of Kashagan oilfield operator, Interfax reports
MOSCOW, Sept 30 (Reuters) - Kazakhstan has resumed enforcement proceedings to collect a fine of 2.3 trillion tenge ($5.22 billion) from the international NCOC consortium, which operates the Kashagan oilfield, Interfax news agency reported on Wednesday citing the Ministry of Justice.
