Infineon to sell NOR Flash and F-RAM business to Taiwan's Winbond
Sept 16 (Reuters) - Infineon Technologies IFXGn.DE agreed to sell its NOR Flash and F-RAM business to Taiwan's Winbond Electronics, the German chip manufacturer said on Wednesday.
The all-cash transaction is valued at $1.12 billion on a cash- and debt-free basis, it said in a statement.
The companies aim to complete the deal in the second half of 2027, Infineon added.
