Australia's OFX Group rises most in two months on takeover deal progress

** Stock snaps a four-session losing streak

** Says UK-based payments firm Equals has been granted an exclusivity extension to October 30 as it finalises financing for its proposed A$247 million ($173.62 million) takeover of OFX

** Co's board continues to back the proposal, subject to financing and no superior offer emerging

** Stock up 38.1% YTD
