Angle Advisors announces Chris Gessner has joined as a Managing Director

Birmingham, MI, Oct. 19, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Angle Advisors announced today that Chris Gessner has joined the firm as a Managing Director.

Chris Gessner joins Angle Advisors with over 20 years of corporate finance experience focused on lending, private equity investing and M&A advisory.  During his career, he has been involved in a variety of transaction types, including cash flow and asset-based lending, M&A advisory, capital raising and leveraged buyouts, primarily involving businesses in the consumer, industrial services and manufacturing industries.

Mr. Gessner’s previous corporate finance roles include BMO and J.P. Morgan.  Immediately prior to joining Angle Advisors, he was a Partner at Peninsula Capital Partners.  He began his career as an analyst at Bank One in Detroit.

Mr. Gessner holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Michigan State University and an MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University.
