The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield of an equity index called the ISE CTA Cloud Computing Index TM.The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets (including investment borrowings) in the common stocks and depositary receipts that comprise the index. SKYY is the first ETF to offer exposure to the cloud computing industry, a narrow segment of the technology sector that involves a fast-growing application. This ETF can be useful for making short-term tactical plays, but could also have appeal as a minor complementary holding in a longer-term buy-and-hold portfolio. Some investors might consider a small position in SKYY as a means of adding opportunity for alpha to a portfolio that otherwise consists of broad based “plain vanilla” funds.
