According to the company, real estate agents using eXp World Holdings’ solutions pay a monthly technology fee, a tuition fee for a curriculum of professional development classes and training, a transaction processing fee and a risk management fee. The company does not charge royalties or franchise fees to agents and brokers.  

eXp World Holdings’ Virbela brand provides virtual reality solutions. Virbela focuses on education and team development solutions for clients in various industries from governments to retail.

The company’s Showcase IDX is a real estate search and consumer engagement plug-in for WordPress. Showcase IDX helps real estate agents generate leads.

SUCCESS Enterprises is the media arm of  eXp World Holdings. SUCCESS Enterprises is a collection of media properties which include SUCCESS magazine, success.com, SUCCESS Achievers Community, newsletters, podcasts and digital training courses. 

eXp World Holdings listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange in May 2018 under the ticker symbol ‘EXPI.’  Historical chart data showed EXPI share’s initial quote price on its debut was $9.65. 

The stock underwent a two-for-one share split in February 2021. According to the company’s price history, the highest EXPI stock price was $90 per share in February 2021.
