The oil and natural gas company was incorporated in 2003. Camber Energy, Inc. was previously known as Lucas Energy Inc. and changed its name in January 2017.
Camber Energy stock was listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the ticker symbol CEI. Shares of the company began trading on the NYSE on 5 January 2017.
As of July 2022, Camber Energy does not pay a dividend to its shareholders. The company’s financial year lasts from 1 January to 31 December.
