The Company offers a range of banking and financial services, including current account and deposit services, overdrafts, interest and exchange rate hedging instruments, life assurance, and pension and financial advisory services, including mergers and acquisitions. The Company is organized into five operating division Retail Ireland, Bank of Ireland, Life, Retail UK, Corporate and Treasury, and Group Centre. Retail Ireland offers a range of banking products and related financial services to the personal and business markets. Bank of Ireland Life includes the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, New Ireland Assurance Company plc, which offers a range of pension and life products. Retail UK comprises consumer and business banking. Corporate and Treasury comprises its corporate banking and global markets activities.
