The Company is a solar and critical power services company focused on small and medium scale solar development, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) and selected solar asset ownership and maintenance. The Company's segments include Critical Power Services and Solar Development. Critical Power Services segment operates in Australia with a focus on the design, supply, installation and maintenance of power and control systems, including for solar farms. Solar Development segment is engaged in the development and sale of utility scale PV solar power projects in the United States and Australia.
