Essentra PLC (ESNT) is an international plastic and fibre products supplier headquartered in Milton Keynes, England. The Essentra share price is a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index and is listed on the London Stock Exchange.
The company was established in Jarrow as a division of the large Bunzl in the 1940s. Through the multiple acquisitions, Essentra has expanded its operations and, therefore, international presence. The company demerged from Bunzl and became a trend-setting business on its own.
As of 2018, the company’s annual revenue was around £1 billion.
