Lincoln Educational Services Corporation provides diversified career-oriented post-secondary education to high school graduates and working adults. The Company own and operates approximately 22 campuses in 14 states, offers programs in automotive technology, skilled trades, healthcare services, hospitality services and information technology. The Company’s segments include Transportation and Skilled Trades, and Healthcare and Other Professions (HOPS). The Transportation and Skilled Trades segment offers academic programs mainly in the career-oriented disciplines of transportation and skilled trades, including (automotive, diesel, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), welding and manufacturing). The Healthcare and Other Professions segment offers academic programs in the career-oriented disciplines of health sciences, hospitality and business and information technology, including dental assistant, medical assistant, practical nursing, culinary arts and cosmetology.
Financial summary
BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, Lincoln Educational Services Corp revenues increased 14% to $335.3M. Net income applicable to common stockholders decreased 29% to $26.1M. Revenues reflect Transportation and Skilled Trades segment increase of 16% to $240.5M, Healthcare and Other Professions segment increase of 11% to $94.8M. Basic Earnings per Share excluding Extraordinary Items decreased from $1.49 to $1.04.
