Trelleborg: Trelleborg acquires sealing profiles company in Southern Europe

The Trelleborg Group, through its business area Trelleborg Industrial Solutions, has signed an agreement and completed the acquisition of Producta S.r.l. The company is a leading manufacturer of advanced sealing solutions and extruded profiles for the building and construction industry, mainly in Italy and Greece.

The company is headquartered in Montelupone, Italy, and reported annual sales of approximately SEK 135 M in 2025.

“The acquisition strengthens our position in sealing profiles in Southern Europe and complements our portfolio with new solutions. Producta's focus on innovation is well aligned with our strategy to develop more value-added offerings and solutions that enhance resource efficiency and improve material usage," says Jean Paul Mindermann, President of Trelleborg Industrial Solutions.

The transaction is consolidated as of today.
