Unveiling the project at the Social Housing Innovation Conference and Exhibition 2026 in the kingdom, Eskan said Hai Al Sahil is a 44-unit residential project being developed by First Bahrain Real Estate Development Company.

It is among three new projects in Salman City comprising a total of 137 housing units that are being implemented by a group of real estate developers.

The agreement forms part of the Government Land Development Programme and aims to increase the supply of housing units available to citizens.

The projects support public private partnership in social housing and the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning’s efforts to expand housing options for citizens.
