listed MAIR Group to acquire 70% stake in Espressolab owner Eslab

Abu Dhabi-listed MAIR Group will acquire a controlling stake in the parent company of specialty coffee chain Espressolab.

The UAE firm confirmed on Wednesday that it has signed a share purchase agreement to buy a 70% stake in Eslab, marking its first international acquisition since listing on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange in 2024.

The company, which focuses on retail and commercial real estate, did not disclose the financial details of the deal.

Espressolab’s portfolio includes over 400 coffee shops across 21 countries. It operates more than 310 stores in more than 50 Turkish cities.

The deal is subject to standard regulatory approvals and closing conditions.
