Kongsberg Maritime completes acquisition of Berg Propulsion

Kongsberg Maritime ASA has today completed the acquisition of Berg Propulsion AB, following the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, including relevant regulatory approvals.

The acquisition, announced on 12 July 2026, represents a strategic step to expand Kongsberg Maritime's propulsion portfolio and will further strengthen the position as a global lifecycle partner for propulsion solutions.
