JM: JM starting production of housing in Sollentuna

JM is starting production of the Ture Gård project, which comprises 100 tenant-owned units in Tureberg.

Ture Gård constitutes the third and final phase in the development of the Ture block. Together with the two previous phases, Ture Torn and Ture Entré, developed by JM’s subsidiaries AB Borätt and Seniorgården AB, respectively, the block will comprise a total of 221 new residential units.

The residential units in Ture Gård are arranged around a green courtyard. The short walking distance to Sollentuna Centrum and the commuter rail station provides good access to services and public transport.

Sales are underway, and occupancy and project completion are estimated for the third quarter of 2027. The housing start is reported within the JM Stockholm business segment in the third quarter of 2026.

– It is very positive that occupancy and completion can take place as early as approximately one year after the housing start. The block has been developed as part of the transformation of the area surrounding the former Sollentuna Fair and contributes to strengthening Tureberg as an attractive place to live, says Erik Ragnerstam, Regional Manager Greater Stockholm, JM Stockholm.
