** Shares of UnitedHealth and CVS fall nearly 1% to $363.22 and $84.95, respectively, while Elevance Health ELV.N slips 2% to $380.72 and Humana HUM.N is down ~1% at $378.89

** UnitedHealth and Aetna say they plan to limit provider access for enrolled users in their 2027 government-backed MA plans for adults aged 65 and older and people with disabilities

** Humana says it will offer plans in over 80% of US counties next year, down from 85% in 2026

** J.P.Morgan analysts said insurers are entering the annual enrollment period with MA reimbursement rates still failing to keep pace with medical cost trends, prompting benefit cuts and market exits as they prioritize margin protection over membership growth

** Including session moves, UNH up ~10%, CVS up ~7%, ELV up ~9%, HUM up ~48% YTD
