General Mills names insider Dana McNabb as CEO

- General Mills GIS.N on Wednesday named insider Dana McNabb as the company's CEO effective January 1, 2027, when current chief Jeff Harmening steps into the role of the executive chair of the board.

McNabb, a company veteran and current COO, has held several senior leadership roles at General Mills.

Harmening, who joined the company in 1994, also served in a range of leadership roles during his more than 30 years with the packaged foods maker. He was appointed CEO in 2018.
