Fresenius Medical Care to take €110 mln charge in Q3 on China portfolio overhaul

Sept 25 (Reuters) - Fresenius Medical Care FMEG.DE expects to book around €110 million ($127 million) in one-time charges in the third quarter related to changes to its China business, the German dialysis provider said on Friday.

The charges are mainly related to impairments, inventory scrappage and termination costs linked to the exit of its China peritoneal dialysis business and the discontinuation of its 4008A dialysis system.
