ARGAN ARGAN.PA:
Real estate company Argan reported third quarter rental income rose 7% to €56.5 million ($63.57 million). It raised its full 2026 rental income target to €222 million from a previous €221 million.
SAINT-GOBAIN SGOB.PA:
Building materials company Saint-Gobain completed the acquisition of Xypex (North America), a leader in high value-added waterproofing solutions, with expected sales of 110 million Canadian dollars ($77.40 million) in 2026.
Separately, Jefferies cut its target price to €132.6 from a previous €137.
WENDEL MWDP.PA:
Investment firm Wendel finalized the sale of Stahl to Henkel HNKG.DE for net proceeds of €1.14 billion.
