EOG names insider Hibbard as CFO to succeed retiring Janssen

Sept 24 (Reuters) - EOG Resources EOG.N said on Thursday that finance chief Ann Janssen will retire and be succeeded by company insider Jeffrey Hibbard, effective January 1, 2027.

Hibbard is currently the US shale producer's senior vice president of finance.

Before joining EOG in August 2025, Hibbard spent more than 20 years at Morgan Stanley, most recently as a managing director in its Global Energy Group.
Janssen, who will remain an advisor during the transition, has been EOG's executive vice president and CFO since January 2024 and joined the company's predecessor in 1995.
